Patient Engagement™

This proven program delivers branded educational materials to patients through direct interaction with a healthcare professional.  Delivered at point-of-care, this unique program provides educational and motivational tools for clinician use in patient education opportunities.  Ideal for “teachable moments” with newly diagnosed patients, these materials can deliver valuable information, coupons, and actionable items for patients and caregivers. 

Compliance XR™

This unique time-release CD-ROM is distributed to patients through healthcare professionals with the goal of increasing adherence to a new or existing medication.

In the U.S., almost 50% of patients are non-compliant with their medication regimens.  Behavior modification experts know that new habits can take as long as 30 days to become permanent.  Compliance XR is designed to provide up to 30 individual doses of vital information ensuring that patients have the best opportunity to create new behavior patterns.

In addition to product information, the program consists of a daily “dose” of information including games, nutrition tips, recipes, exercise, and wellness tools; all delivered in an engaging format designed to encourage patients to access the material on a daily basis. 

Through proven technology, the CD-ROM will customize both information and photos to align with demographic information provided by the patient on disc start-up.  For example, a 55 year old female patient being treated for osteoporosis, would see photographs of women in her own age group and receive exercise and nutrition information geared to her age and gender.  A male patient receiving the same CD-ROM from the physician would see photos and information customized for him.

At the conclusion of the prescribed number of “compliance days”, the patient is given the choice to log onto a product website to receive a small gift.  This feature allows the sponsor to develop a database of patients for further motivational programs.
