LeadershipJames J. McNamara | Chairman & CEOJim McNamara has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer since November 2000, and has been a Director of iDNA since February 1998. He previously served as its Chairman from April 1998 to November 1999. Jim has more than 30-years of high-profile experience in the media, entertainment and communications. In 1995, Jim founded the Film Management Corporation, where he developed and produced feature films such as Flipper (1996) starring Paul Hogan and Elijah Wood.Jim has brought a number of specials and series to broadcast television. Among his syndicated successes are Super Force (1990), a science fiction space action series and The Newz (1994) a daily sketch comedy series in the style of Saturday Night Live or Mad TV. From 1980 to 1989, Jim ran the "Independent Features" division of 20th Century Fox. Prior to 1980, Jim was in the concert business, promoting bands such as Led Zeppelin, Bruce Springsteen and the Allman brothers. In 1975, Jim made history and opened the Superdome with a high-profile concert featuring the Allman Brothers. Robert V. Cuddihy, Jr. | Chief Financial OfficerBob Cuddihy has been iDNA's Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since September 2001 and has been iDNA's Secretary since January 2003. Additionally, he has served as an independent financial consultant to iDNA from May 2001 to August 2001.Bob has more than 20 years of high-level financial and accounting experience. He served as Chief Financial Officer of HMG Worldwide Corporation, a company engaged in in-store marketing and retail store fixturing design and manufacture, and also served as a Director from February 1998 to May 2001. Bob began his financial career at KPMG Peat Marwick, Certified Public Accountants, where he last served as a senior audit manager. Steve Campus | Senior StrategistSteve Campus is President of Campus Group Companies, Inc. an iDNA subsidiary which operates satellite video conferencing facilities, develops audience-polling programs, performs DVD/CD-Rom duplication and equipment integration, and provides communications field support to the pharmaceutical industry as well as to other industries requiring strategic content and creative distribution.Steve has been leading these companies for more than 35 years. As an expert in corporate communication, Steve has launched pharmaceutical products including Ciprofloxacin, Procardia XL, Norvasc, Zoloft, Zithromax and Advocin. Steve has worked with companies, including Pfizer, Merck, Bayer and Novartis, to create compelling communications events and has pioneered unique distribution systems for filmed information. Mark A. Fite | Senior StrategistMark Fite currently serves as President/CEO for OTI, an iDNA subsidiary that creates breakthrough response system products and services to make meetings more effective.He has spent more than twenty years as a corporate manager and business development leader in the events industry. During Mark's career he has been involved in founding and growing six companies focused on various aspects of meeting technology and has held senior leadership roles at firms involved with presentation software and hardware, survey systems, staging, video production, satellite production, teleprompting and pyrotechnics. Mark has been a leader in the audience response business since 1991 when he helped to co-found MeetingNet Interactive Systems, Inc., a pioneer in offering wireless handheld group response systems. Stephen M. Knapp | Senior StrategistSteve Knapp is a co-founder and leader of Audience Response Systems. ARS is an iDNA subsidiary that offers a variety of hardware, software, and multiple levels of service to enhance seminar meetings, training or classroom events. ARS wireless response systems can be rented, leased or purchased for many applications such as opinion polls, voting, surveys, market research, focus groups, classroom management, group testing, game shows, strategic planning, ad-hoc teleconferencing and trade show exhibits.Since ARS' beginning in 1984, Steve has also served in the roles of Chief Programmer and Response Systems Architect, Director of Programming, Director of Operations, and General Manager. Prior to forming ARS, Mr. Knapp worked as a software engineer for General Technical Corporation. Barbara Monaghan | Senior StrategistBarbara Monaghan leads iDNA subsidiary Concepts in Medicine, a medical education company. Barbara has been in the medical communications field for more than twenty years, including ten years at AM Medica Communications where she most recently held the position of President.Barbara has extensive sales and account management experience and has worked with a variety of pharmaceutical clients including Pfizer Inc, Actelion Pharmaceuticals, Abbott Laboratories, TAP, and Janssen Pharmaceutica. She has worked on the launch of many major pharmaceutical products including Lipitor, Tracleer, Biaxin, Reminyl, Rezulin, and Cognex. Dean Thompson | Senior StrategistDean Thompson is President of OMI Business Communications, an iDNA subsidiary he founded in 1987 specializing in meeting planning and meeting production management. OMI also produces high-end documentary and narrative content modules. These are used to upgrade corporate sales, training and educational sessions. Dean is an expert in experiential communications - utilizing an entire venue to develop and communicate a set of ideas. Experiential Communications is one of the three key components of iDNA Insight™.Dean has more than 25 years of film and television production experience. He began his career as an associate producer for WABC-TV in New York and worked as the production manager for JOKO films, the private production company of John Lennon and Yoko Ono. In 1978, Dean became the production manager at Sundown Productions in Phoenix, which produced films, television programs and commercials. He returned to New York in 1980 to manage the internal film and television department at American Express. In 1984, Dean was lured away to EF Hutton to manage its television department and served as an EVP at Hutton until he founded OMI. |
